Executive Assistant To BRC Chairman

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the Business Review Council (BRC) Chairman, reporting directly to the Vice President, for a prestigious group company of a $100Bn+ conglomerate.

Role Snapshot:

We're seeking a top-tier Finance Strategy Analyst or Corporate Finance Professional with 8-12 years of experience to work closely with senior leadership. This is a high-impact, analytically intense role with exposure to strategic decision-making across multiple businesses.

Ideal Candidate:

- CA (Rank Holder - Top 50) or Engineer + MBA (Tier 1) IIM-A,B, C,L, BITS Pilani, SP Jain only

- Strong command of financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategy analysis

- Worked with reputed brands in manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, steel, mining, or consulting

- Stable, tenured career (minimum 3-year stints) with no major gaps

- Currently working in or previously associated with listed or well-known companies

- Willing to work on-site from Worli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Review performance, strategy, and capex presentations from multiple business units

- Draft observations and strategic insights

- Lead budgeting and planning reviews with financial analysis and stretch recommendations

- Analyze CREC proposals including risk assessment and modeling

- Deep-dive benchmarking on cost, quality, realization, RoCE across businesses

- Drive strategic corporate initiatives and support business transformation projects
