- The primary objective of this position is to support MD in day to day Operations both Corporate & Plant and all other departments for all the business entities. - To coordinate with all HOD's, various heads and cross functional teams for above requirements. - To develop and execute plans for creating sustained growth & profitability of businesses which helps in achieving the Top Line & Bottom Line. Should have atleast 2 years experience in sales, and 3-4 years in Strategy. - Strong business management experience, researches and exposure to production, new product development process and cycles. - Facilitating & coordinating project based improvement plans. Support MD in participating in external & internal forums through preparing various ppt's, data points, analytics. - Proactive, should be aware about surroundings/market/competitors and have clarity of thoughts
