Executive Assistant - Strategy Role - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/ISB/FMS/MDI (2-5 yrs)
Hiring for Executive Assistant for a renowned Financial Services organisation in Mumbai. Looking for hardcore Strategy professionals.
1) Job Purpose
Supporting the CEO's office with timely and accurate MIS and data analysis facilitating initiatives and programs through communication and liaison with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that synergy is maintained.
2) Principal Accountabilities
Sales/ Product/ Profitability Initiative : MIS & Strategy initiatives like assisting / co-coordinating strategy for target achievement/ productivity enhancement etc. Disseminating ideas/ market developments/ trends through research
Group synergy: Liasoning with company for group initiatives
Review cycle: Assist is periodical company performance reviews at the holding company/ Chairman level
Communication: Externally & internally assist CEO on communication eg. Communication on company updates, products, focus areas, strategies, fund house views etc
MIS tracking: Filter & design information on company performance, other parameters to give concise meaningful picture to CEO
