Executive Assistant - Strategic & Planning (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Oversee the performance of staff.
- Provide good relationship management with the client.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
- Take minutes during meetings.
