Executive Assistant/Senior Specialist - Project Management - BFSI

- A bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification along with five or more years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant is required.

- Candidates should excel at working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

- A creative and enterprising approach to problem-solving and proven technical savvy (particularly with Microsoft Office) is essential, as is steadfast attention to detail.

- Self-assuredness, composure under pressure, and organizational aptitude are crucial.

- We will consider candidates from any field who have demonstrated keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.

WHAT YOU- LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

- Managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, conducting research, maintaining contact databases, reporting expenses, executing ad hoc tasks, and providing general administrative support

- Extensive liaising with both internal and external parties

- Assisting in summarizing reports and documents and preparing presentation materials

- Coordinating with project leads to prepare/track status reports, quarterly summaries, and roadmaps.
