Executive Assistant/ Manager To Group CFO/ ED

Looking for candidates with B.E+ MBA finance (from premiere institutes)

or

Qualified CA's with excellent academic records

Exp : 2-6 years

Location : Delhi

Reporting to : Group CFO/ ED

Profile :

- strategic, mergers & acquisitions,

- Fund management

- Financial modelling, valuations, dealing with Credit Rating Agencies,

- Inter firm comparisons, analysis, bench marking,

- Preparing reports and presentations for board presentations and preparing reports advising on fund-raising, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals

- Creating merger & financial model analysis & generating model for valuation metrics

- Investigating & identifying target industries; compiling strategic paper & recommendation for senior management

- Working directly with client senior management teams, board members and stakeholders throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution

- Manage accounting due diligence pertaining to targets for acquisition

- Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence

- Present the strategic research for potential equity investment to CFO and ED

- Identifying inefficiencies and strategic inconsistency in underperforming units

- Direct responsibility for incorporating critical & precise insights on financial reporting dashboard of the company used by Directors and KMPs

- Planning and controlling the budgetary allocation for Business units

- Studying tradeoff among various Demerger strategies and recommended the most appropriate strategy to bring efficiency in business units of the Group and to maximize the shareholder value

- Lead the entire Demerger activity ensuring continuity of business while ensuring compliances with applicable Companies, Income tax and other applicable Acts.
