Our client is in the process of establishing as a leading player in the travel and tourism domain and India's first & only Holiday Planners focusing exclusively on Holiday Packages. The company has one of the best B2B travel management software & are also setting their foot print in the MICE corporate travel space.

Designation:

Sales Executive (fresher) / Senior Sales Executive (2+years exp) / Assistant Manager (3+years exp) / Manager (5+years exp)

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for generating sales of company's range of products

- Cold calling & fixing meetings with schools/colleges/corporate in respective areas

- Meeting schools/colleges/educational institutions principals & HR managers at corporate to promote companies services

- Generate sales for various products for domestic & international destinations

- Interacting with service desk to tailor products & services as per clients requirement

- Close follow up on quotations sent and closure of sales deals

- Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones

- Monitoring competitors activities and collecting data

- Follow laid down sales process guidelines in respect of no of calls, sales report submission, do's & don'ts

- Achievement of sales targets

- In-charge of the territory assigned

Person Specification:

- Experience in direct sales to relevant client portfolio

- Experience in selling services and rate negotiations

- Excellent understanding of sales process, including corporate / group selling

- Understanding of local geography/area

- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Aggressive, target oriented person

- Good prospecting skills

- Good presentation skills & negotiation skills
