Executive/Assistant Manager - Financial Accounting & Reporting - BFSI - CA/CPA (2-6 yrs)
- To be successful in this role, you should have a postgraduate accounting qualification (CA or CPA) and 2-4 years of relevant post qualification experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards and fundamental accounting concepts, with experience in financial services and service industry environment.
- You'll be responsible to work on projects for implementation of new accounting standards, group restructures and acquisitions, and coordinate with internal business teams for various inputs and liaise with external auditors and ensure efficient and effective management of audit deliverables within timeframes, as well as the integrity and completeness of financial records and ensuring compliance with finance control standards.
- Adhere to all financial, regulatory and tax reporting requirements and manage the production of the monthly balance statement and profit and loss analysis, periodically prepare the income statement, balance sheet and other financial statement notes including variance analysis and commentaries for the Group entities
