Job Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Development of MIS for decision making and reliability forecast
- Co-ordinating with internal teams and/or external vendors/agencies for organising and executing certain tasks & activities.
- To be flexible to take over additional responsibilities in order to finish certain roles and responsibilities timely and effectively.
- Financial Analytics Experience Is Must
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (full time) with analytics background
- 5 - 8 years of experience
Skills Required:
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative, a positive - can do- attitude, and ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, reliably meeting tight deadlines
- Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ERP would be an added advantage.
