Position- EA-Director- Corporate Stategy

Company- Service based company into real state, infrastructure, hospitality, food and beverages- Wellknown in Vapi.

Job requirement

- Planning & organising entire gamut of business activities of the director.

- Key activity will include coordination with various business heads on behalf of the director, along with liaison with various external and internal stakeholders.

- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, managing directors calendars and setting up meetings accordingly.

- Deployed new Strategy-to-Action methodology

- Developed strategy & road map to enter new markets (all business vertical) with focused business solutions in targeted verticals for the region

- Developed a detailed strategy to drive growth through repair and servicing to company's competitors and found a way forward to attain leadership in the segment Assisted the senior leaderships to develop annual Strategic Planning Process

- Developed peer benchmarking analysis & competitor benchmarking to compare the product portfolio of the top players in the market

- Redesigned the leading indicators to define a list of more robust indicators for the business vertical

- Driven Strategic Initiatives for the businesses and identify potential growth opportunities

- Identified and explored potential M&A targets for inorganic growth of new and existing businesses Supported Group Finance & Strategy functions on relevant M&A activities (e.g. strategic rationale, market forecasts, synergy potential, etc.)

- Inputs for the corporate planning sessions conducted at board level to define company strategy Had been an active member for conducting Strategy War Room annual strategy discussion.
