Executive Assistant - Corporate strategy (5-20 yrs)
Assist the Senior Management with the following along with handling of complexity and sensitivity of the information:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Drafting the Minutes of the meeting
- Assist the management in following up with the decisions taken in the meetings
- Work closely with the management to draw the priorities and implementation
- Producing reports and presentations as and when required including presentations for Board, External Stakeholders
- Maintaining the current database system and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Competition Bench marking
- The role requires to ensure the smooth-running of the office, working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives, but also on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders.
