Executive Assistant/Consultant to Functional Head - Conglomerate - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (3-5 yrs)
The client has manufacturing bases in the country with sales and marketing offices pan India.
The generic function would be Consultants with designation as Executive Assistant to Functional Heads.
The role described shall be as follows:
1. Trouble shooting in the respective areas of Marketing/Technical Services/Logistics on projects.
2. Handhold the existing consulting mega Project in the last phase of work and take responsibility for implementation of the action plans.
3. Assume ownership in some of the projects and then graduate to become the Leads in functional areas.
4. Be members of Cross functional teams for getting results.
Essentials:
Ideally Engineer and MBA (preferably premier institutes) having Consulting experience(3-5years) exhibiting the following characteristics:
- Demonstrated ability to work extended hours with executives and to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments, effectively handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn organization's database, content management system, and other software as needed.
- Meticulous grammar, editing and writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in making independent decisions with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
