Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual/quarterly strategic planning process, working as the bridge between the leadership team and other departments
- Identify areas where existing processes need to be revamped in the organization and drive those changes with the line leaders
- Oversee large cross- functional, organization- wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.
- Oversee Research, benchmarking, data analysis and make recommendations to the leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes with a focus on simplification.
- Identify areas where leadership should direct their focus as well as metrics for success. Revisit those metrics regularly and evaluate progress against them.
- Orchestrate effective team meetings with agility and impact, with a focus on follow through.
- Manage internal and external communications: Draft company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches, town-halls and presentations.
Skill set required:
- A hustler who can navigate through ambiguity to get things done.
- Exceptional Problem solving and Program Management skills.
- Strong business acumen and savviness to navigate through the organization structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open-minded & Coachable
Qualification:
- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
- Corporate Strategy, Project Management experience preferably in a startup
