Executive Assistant - Chairman Office (6-12 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Executive Assistant would be required to work closely with the Chairman Office on key strategic issues such as: progression, and how to improve profitability, competitive advantage, efficiency etc. Executive Assistant would serve as a liaison with senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the Chairman:
- Able to envision with the Chairman and organize ideas into action items & priorities in his schedule.
- Developing strategy in consultation with Chairman & Divisional Heads, for the chosen functions and manages the ensuing actions.
- Understand & work with Chairman towards growth targets of the company and hence various strategies to meet these goals.
- Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.
- Monitor and report progress on these build strategies. Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to the Chairman.
- Analyze and present data to enable decision making by Chairman.
- Provides analysis of research, analysis of organizational capability and readiness.
- Works closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Research, prioritize, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns to be addressed to the Chairman. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
- Monitor tasks delegated by the Chairman and executive staff & ensure that completed work is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Work closely with support functional heads.
- Undertaking research into the Education sector, markets and competitors.
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and statistics, and compiling and presenting information.
