Job Description :

- Looking out for an Executive Assistant - CEO

- Looking out for candidate from industry only, NO CONSULTING ORGANIZATIONS.

- Experience of working in the MD's office or EA to the senior leaders of the organization

- The person will be involved in making different Strategies and work with the CEO for the same

- He/ She will help to shape the strategy by providing assistance to the CEO in visioning, and execution. The role will involve providing assistance to the CEO in validating the strategy with data analytics, competitive landscaping, and program management.

- Qualification : MBA - Premium institute candidate only

Location : Noida

Experience : 3-6 years

1. MBA from a reputed institute- IIM or XLRI or ISB

2. Work experience in technology outsourcing or Saas B2B business

3. Experience in business operations exposure with an understanding of actual revenue and margin challenges of a business.

4. Candidate having worked previously with a US based org is preferred.

5. The working hours would be flexible as per US Time

6. Aptitude in marketing, sales, and finance - understanding and appreciating the markets, go-to-market, and ROI.
