About Client :
Our client is leading MNC in Real Estate service industry. It has global presence in APAC and EMEA regions with global employee strength of 50K and revenue of over $5 Billions. They offer Property, Facility Management, Capital Markets and Advisory services.
Key Roles :
- Client and CRM
- Supports Sr.Leader in driving / staying ahead of his key client CRM Program.
- Keep a close tab on business and continuously identify the clients / relationships that need attention.
- Work closely with India and APAC sales team to ensure adequate leadership attention is extended to key existing (India /APAC) and budding relationships
- Drive APAC sales agenda
Market & Industry :
- Competitor mapping & quarterly financial results for big 4
- Keep a tab on market/industry developments, work with Research to write and publish Management perspective through blogs, articles etc .
- Own all content publications made through Management's social media handle
- Own and deliver all presentations (Events, speaking opportunities)
- Read, tap and summarise all competitor and other relevant thought leadership reports
- Tap proptech space and any upcoming trends . Meeting vendors and relevant outside agencies to develop an independent view on upcoming segments
Business Performance and special projects :
- Put together strategic plans and paper at Indi, Service Line level .
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews - focused on productivity, opportunities for business growth/excellence
- Special projects - sales force implementation, technology roll out, process improvements, incentives structures, need based .
Candidate profile :
- Strong Research orientation
- Ability to identify and create data driven insights
- Superior business writing skills
- Strong on Follow-ups . Organized and methodical approach to work
- Maturity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Collaborative approach at work and ability to deal with people across hierarchies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity . Work with limited / abstract information to create larger solution
