An exciting opportunity in the dynamic field of Executive assistant/ Business Analyst will be responsible support the Knowledge Services Director to implement strategy for the Function and assist him/ her in driving results. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - - Prepare briefing materials for the Director on a range of critical business issues to support the decision-making for the Director and other senior executives. - Support the Director in addressing her day-to-day priorities, providing both proactive and responsive assistance - Play an active role on special projects, assigned by the Knowledge Services Director; - Brief the Director ahead of key meetings - Proactively support the Director with data and key insights to make informed decisions by use analytics to drive business decisions - Draft speeches and correspondence for the Director - Build Presentations capturing the broad messaging that needs to be delivered to business stakeholders in key meetings - Participate in senior-level discussions related to organizational strategy and business issues as they arise THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE : - - Proven 4-6 years of experience in BA role with the Analytics function. - Preferably in a MNC in the Insurance sector. - Desirable: MBA - Specialization in Marketing/Finance. - Project Management Certification, Pre-Sales Team WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the investment functions of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders - A meritocratic culture with clear/great career progression.
