Executive Assistant/AVP - Strategy - Consulting Firm (4-6 yrs)
The AVP-Strategy play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission-
He/she will directly work with business leaders and team to ensure that build operation excellence effectiveness and efficiency within the team.
We are looking for highly competent professionals who understand what it takes to ensure quality education and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking
- Manage a good investor relation & work on investor related queries & presentations
- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong MIS & governance.
- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.
- Build org effectiveness and efficiency with in the organization.
- Strong knowledge on operation excellence.
- Driving multiple projects with high quality process excellence
Requirements:
- 4+years in new B2B strategy & operation excellence roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and Handling successful key projects with a volume, high-quality operation excellence is required
- Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building along with term relationship with the partners
- Ready to travel across the given Territory/zone.
Qualifications
- BE/MBA from the Tier1 institute.
- Contributions to the Education industry desirable

- Strong problem solving and communication abilities is organized and efficient
- Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
