Our client is a modern accounting firm that provides its variety of services to multiple business structures. They work with Private Limited companies, proprietaries, partnership firms, as well as other startups and individuals to set up their complete business structure.

Their all-round compliance package is designed to manage accounting and other requirements, while the clients can manage their core business in a streamlined manner. With seamless communication and perfect handling of all documentation and compliance-related matters, the team ensures easier and faster scaling up for their clients.

As an Accounting Service Sales Executive, you will help to grow the company and acquire more business. You- ll help the company to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth.

What you will do:

- Talking to and converting leads, prospecting and discovering opportunities, negotiating deals, and as well as maintaining customer relations.

- Managing, nurturing and converting inbound leads into sales opportunities

- Identifying potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities

- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media

- Assessing and analysing a prospect's current process and requirements

- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on services

- Providing accurate information in an easy to understand language about the services to potential customers.

- Negotiating/ closing deals and handle complaints or objections

- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Maintaining well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in a CRM system.

- Meeting personal sales targets

- Creating and managing all processes throughout the sales cycle from start to finish

- Ensuring efficient management of the sales pipeline using those processes

- Confidently participating in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings

- Representing company at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues

- Interacting professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and developing a business relationship

- Working closely within a small sales and marketing team and developing cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues

- Providing accurate and timely information as required to project managers, operations team and management

- Developing a strong knowledge of company's services so that you are informed and can execute sales process with confidence

- Understanding how the benefits of company's products and services can meet customer's needs in various business verticals

What you need to have:

- MBA (preferably in finance)

- Must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to show our services and products through email and phone

- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram

- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics

- Be able to present information related to our services in documents or presentations

- Be competitive and trustworthy
