Execution Partner - Merges & Acquisition - Law Firm

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 10+ years PQE

A reputed full-service law firm is looking to onboard a Partner to strengthen its General Corporate / M&A vertical in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a seasoned practitioner who brings not just strong execution capabilities but also credible client relationships or a demonstrable ability to contribute to business development.

Role Highlights:

The incoming Partner will be expected to:

- Lead complex M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions end-to-end

- Bring or build client relationships to support practice growth

- Collaborate with existing partners to expand sectoral and service offerings

- Mentor and guide a growing team of associates

- Contribute to strategic positioning of the firm's corporate practice

What We're Looking For:

1. 12+ years PQE with core M&A and general corporate experience

2. Strong network and trusted relationships with clients, funds, or promoters

3. Independent deal-handling capability and team leadership experience

4. Strategic mindset with interest in building practice verticals

5. Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach
