Job Summary : Performance Marketing Head

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional to work in a dynamic and high growth environment.

Profile title : VP - Process Excellence and Transformation - in charge of Lean Six Sigma deployment and projects.

Job Description :

- Primary role is to create and implement Lean Six Sigma strategy and implementation plan (Roadmap) for the Excitel organisation.


- As part of the Transformation strategic Roadmap, his/her role is to build from zero an Excellence Center team (consisting of two Green Belt experts to be recruited) and deploy on a large-scale Yellow Belt Six Sigma training and certifications for Excitel different groups of team members.


- The overall goal will be infusing the company, at all levels, with an eco-system of operational transformation excellence. His/Her key responsibilities include driving, with the company's executive's sponsorship, a successful introduction and follow up of Lean Six Sigma practices at Excitel with the strategic goal to achieve continuous improvement function and bottom-up sense of change management.


- He/She shall lead and direct all milestones of the Six Sigma Roadmap, reporting directly to the COO of the company. He/She shall be instrumental in organizing, creating and delivering the initial internal Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt).


- He/She shall hire, manage and help his team (two Green Belt experts) to takeover and be certified in Six Sigma Internal Yellow Belt trainings in order for them to actively participate in the big deployment of Lean Six Sigma practice. His role include overlooking all current Lean Six Sigma internal cross-departmental projects by contributing to maximise the business outcomes and impact on PL.


- His/Her main focus shall be to work with all stakeholders around improvements of client and partner service experience and processes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Self-driven Six Sigma Black or Master Belt with good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices;

- Has team management experience

- 8 years of relevant experience into Business Excellence Process, re-engineering and transformation business process initiatives with numerous realised projects on the field;

- 3 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Service domain practice;

- 3 to 4 years of Project Management, where he/she has led multiple projects ranging from improvement to deep transformation;

- Needs to have worked in a BPO Operational Excellence or similar Continuous Improvement function; strong organisation skills for Six Sigma projects such as: driving project schedules, gathering, monitoring and scheduling project team activities; promoting and celebrating the success of the Lean Six Sigma project teams;

- Very Strong communication, presentation, training and coaching skills, as he/she will be at the heart of setting up the Lean Six Sigma internal training function; Oral & written communications shall be well structured. He/She shall be capable of leading presentation independently and is comfortable facilitating dialogue with large group of people;

- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills;

- Ability to relate to Client Business Outcomes;

- External Breathing - capable to bring industry knowledge and latest innovations with regards to driving Business Excellence
