Senior Manager - Organisational Development & Engagement
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for project managing and driving all initiatives that contribute to the effectiveness of the organization. He/She will analyze business operations and processes to identify developmental needs and accordingly create talent strategy for the organization. He/She will engage in designing and implementing projects focused on Performance, Assessment, Employee development, change management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The incumbent will have to think out of the box to conceptualize unique and engaging solutions for different types of employees in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:1. Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
2. Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies customized to fulfill organizational development needs.
3. Re-conceptualize and implement the performance management system of the organization to ensure it's aligned with organizational goals, values and competency framework.
4. Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Facilitating change management efforts, including continuous and two-way communications.
6. Collaborating with other departments to understand their structures and work with them recreate those for improving effectiveness.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and learning within the organization through various initiatives of training and engagement.
8. Facilitate the succession planning project including Development centers, PDP creation and execution for executives and emerging leaders.
9. Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
10. Ensure all processes and initiatives are in alignment with the Values and competency framework of the organization.
11. Drive the Employee Engagement vertical including Employee Satisfaction Survey, Reports, Action Plans, Event and communications etc.
12. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews with employees across levels and verticals from time to time to gather employee data points and feedback.
Professional Experience/ Qualification:
- MBA/ Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field from a reputed college.
- Proven work experience of 10+ years as an OD & Engagement Specialist.
- Ability to work in an agile and ambiguous environment and competence to create appealing and data driven project plan from scratch
- Excellent Interpersonal and stakeholder management
- Strong organizing & Project management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs and Google Sheets
