Responsible for overall quality review of project, ongoing and final evaluation and documentation of team/project procedures Technical Training Skill Set Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized training lab environments & administrating LMS systems. Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the trainee's mindset. Problem Solving Analyze situations and apply critical thinking in order to resolve problems and decide on courses of action. Implement the solutions developed in order to overcome problems and constraints. Ensure decisions are made based on policies, rules and organizational directives and solving the emerging problems Professional Experience/Qualification: - 3-5 years of experience in a Program Manager role - Pref an Engg Graduate and or MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing - Program Management certification will be an added advantage - With excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management - High degree of creativity for developing & implementing diverse programs and practices - Strong hold on Data Analytics & good exposure to diverse CRM tools - Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to work in ambiguity and be flexible as priorities change - Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm - Takes an empathic approach, but not afraid of conflict - Analytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision making Skills - Strategic thinking and business perspective - Systems Orientation - Initiative and Drive, high energy - Excellent Communication Skills
