Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis with the actual payouts.

- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Analysis of inventory module and streamlining the process of inventory movement and efficiency.

- Strong Analysis on enhancement of profitability through Cost-saving measures.

- Should be able to comprehend business models and analyze how to enhance revenue through innovative measures.

Required Competencies:

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.

- Experience in the similar industry will be added advantage.
