EVP - Product -Indore based Agritech Startup

The role

- Partner with other members of the executive team to drive the company's strategic plan, and to develop future plans

- Build and lead our Product Management function incl. our Design and Analytics teams

- Lead strategy, alignment and delivery of the organization's product vision & roadmap

- Run market research, product design, exploration and continuous development

- Optimise our new and existing product and feature set to improve core KPIs

Your profile

- Over 10 years of experience in product management for a marketplace or ecommerce business

- Additionally deep knowledge of the mechanics of mobile products and of digital products for rural India

- Solid understanding of product metrics, tools & agile processes

- Degree in management, marketing, or a quantitative discipline

- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English

- Willingness to travel within the country
