EVP - Operations - BPO (17-20 yrs)
1) The role involves standardizing and improving the functional support processes in-line with one uniform global operating model, which delivers leading performance by working in a consistent way across our jurisdictions, using best practices and leveraging our technological expertise.
2) Manage Service delivery and operations across various geographical regions
3) Accountable for various functions within the organization. Responsible for setting-up and/or managing metrics structure, defining strategies and policies, designing infrastructure and team development
4) Deploy transformation strategy by liaising between CoE and stakeholders in various jurisdictions
5) Implement management systems that improves efficiency
6) P&L Management - Improve overall company performance and profitability, determine ways to reduce costs and increase revenues.
7) Manage transition for various service streams during design and implementation phase including organization design, FTE right sizing, talent sourcing and change management.
