EVP - Banking Products - Transformation & Implementation - BFSI

Job Description:

Level : Senior Principal Consultants (Equivalent to EVP)

Need a Technology Platform Transformation Programs - Senior Technical or a Functional Professional

- Experience in any one or more of Retail Banking, Corporate/Institution Banking, Capital Markets, Private Banking/Wealth Management

- Having a good understanding and experience of Implementation of one or more Products - Temenos Misys, FIS, Fiserv, Finnacle, Oracle (Flex)

- Having played extensive and active role (preferably having led some critical components) of Technology Platform Transformation / Refresh Program for Reputed Regional / Global Financial Institutions

- Ability to Program Manage (preferably on client location, large program - of size of 50 MM $ or more) and ability to interact and manage interactions and activities at various levels in client organization

- Functional Professional to have the ability to co-ordinate Change Management (Including user training), Business Process Management / Re-Engineering to support the Transformation

- Technical Professionals must have the deep insight into the management of Customization, Integration and the most important aspect - the Data Migration / Conversion
