Senior Retail Merchandiser :

Experience - Around 5 to 10 years

Location - Chennai

Notice Period - Immediate/ 1 month

1. Must have e-commerce retail merchandising experience.

2. Must be present in Chennai to join work; knowing the local language is definitely an added advantage.

3. Apart from the below-listed Roles & Responsibilities, another most critical Role will be to monitor Sales and present Sales Analysis Reports on a monthly basis.

Business Development :

- Liason & Monitor NGA Distribution channels

- Constantly add new Sales channels & opportunities to meet Sales Target

- Ensure relevant Brand visibility & representation in Stand Alone pop-ups in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities

Operational Efficiency:

- Logistics : Ensure successful monitoring of Stock & Warehouse

- Warehousing : Ensure Stock keeping & Stock Audit regularly

- Delivery methods : Ensure Stock discrepancies are sorted immediately

- Timely order & delivery of NGA Website & Store Orders

Website Management :

- Timely update of Product description & stock availability

- Ensure smooth payment & return with Customers

- CRM via Email & WhatsApp

- Closely monitor & maintain the Website backend to avoid glitches

- Ensure successful sourcing & Timely execution of marketing collaterals before every launch

- Ensure collection is ready for Website Photoshoot before every Drop launch

- Ensure color-corrected and edited images are uploaded in Shopify backend timely before every Drop Launch

- Timely update of Collection Images on the NGA Website

Innovation & Technology/SAP Retail/Report Generation :

- Successful utilization of Shopify & SAP Retail software for Data Analytics

- Ensure timely Sales reports generation

- Ensure timely submission of Sales data to Accounts and meet compliance deadlines

- Ensure relevant report-making and inferences monthly & quarterly

Sales Strategy & MBO Management :

- Ensure consistent Product representation with Rack Images

- Ensure stock rotation & stock ageing

- Set Store Sales Targets & Strategy

- Ensure smooth order management

- Ensure timely Sales Report procurement from MBOs

- Monthly Store touch base with the Sales team & Owner

- Manage Stock Discrepancies

- Ensure Stock liquidation timeline & Strategy

Garment Sourcing :

- Ensure smooth garment sourcing for celebrities

- Timely delivery

Branding Collaterals :

- Stock management

- R&D and Prototyping of Collaterals

- Vendor management
