- We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as Manager - Influencer Marketing & Brand Associations.


- This role is responsible for designing and executing influencer campaigns, developing brand partnerships, and building a strong network of relationships that drive visibility, engagement, and brand growth.


- You will be at the forefront of forging impactful collaborations, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and staying ahead of emerging trends in the influencer and brand marketing space.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing and brand association strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.


- Identify, research, and build strong, long-term relationships with top influencers, content creators, and key brand marketing decision-makers across relevant industries.


- Strategize and execute creative influencer-led campaigns and brand partnership initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.


- Lead negotiations and oversee end-to-end execution of influencer and brand collaboration campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and KPIs are met.


- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


- Work cross-functionally with internal marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer and brand-led initiatives into broader campaigns.


- Attend industry events, networking meetups, and relevant forums to expand the company's network and discover new partnership opportunities.


- Stay updated on emerging influencer trends, digital platforms, brand marketing strategies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


- Innovate and brainstorm new approaches to influencer marketing and brand collaborations to maintain campaign freshness and relevance.


- Maintain a repository of influencers and brand partnerships with performance metrics and partnership histories for future reference.


Skills and Qualifications Required:


- Proven 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry.


- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and developing brand association programs.


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.


- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.


- Proficient in using influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics, and CRM tools to track campaign performance.


- Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities to identify innovative collaboration opportunities.


- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


- Flexible to work on weekends, as required, especially during campaign launches or special events.


- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
