Finance Manager - Asia Pacific Region

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsibility for AP and AR for APAC business

- Liaising with accounting local vendors in Singapore, China and Japan

- Liaise with HQ team to finalize contracts with customers.

- Prepare, send customer invoices; send reminders to ensure timely payments

- Manage obligations to suppliers and third-party vendors

- Update internal management accounting reports and custom financial reports

- Prepare monthly financial statements

- Process monthly payments via online banking

- Review and coordinate monthly payroll and annual payroll compliance matters

- Oversee banking and financial operations for other Asian entities

- Prepare consolidation statements for holding company reporting/intercompany reporting,

- AR/AP reporting

- Prepare quarterly reporting

- Liaise with local country teams for annual financial reporting, tax returns and coordinate audit process

- The role also extensive liaising with the US based Finance team
