Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute a sales plan focused on revenue generation from new clients/logos within the region. A successful Sales Director is expected to build & maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities.

2)Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the large complex organizations we serve through cold calling, networking, and social media.

3) Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow a list of prospects and pipeline.

Become a trusted advisor and industry expert for your prospects, ensuring a high level of engagement so that our prospective customers extract the maximum possible value from our solutions.

4) Maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency with Sales Processes

5) Own the sales process from start (prospecting) to finish (contracting and post-sale)

6) Own pricing and price modeling for commercial agreements pertaining to your prospects

Stay across all changes at the prospects and communicate those changes to internal Evergent stakeholders

7) Identify opportunities for improvement within the sales and account management process

8) Maintain a strong relationship and rapport with contacts within each prospect - from the senior most people to those at the working level

9)Drive the sales process through adherence to the Sandler sales methodology

10) Be constantly on the lookout for other "A" players that we may want to recruit and who may add value to our organization

11) Represent Evergent proudly at all levels with partners and customers, including at industry events and conferences

12) Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions

13) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

14) Be an excellent communicator that can prepare and deliver impactful presentations on Evergent products/services

15) Provide weekly reporting on sales activities and keep SFDC data impeccable

16) Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections

Qualification:

1) 8-10+ years of progressive, relevant experience selling Large complex transformative products; Telco Markets, SaaS / Cloud solutions across Enterprise.

2) A proven ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level execs.

3) Deep understanding & connections within the APAC market, either with Channel Partners or Enterprise clients

4) You should be a - hunter with proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a proven track record of closing large complex deals.

5) Must have solid sales background in Telco - OSS/BSS Software and/or solution oriented Media Sales

6) Experience of working in highly competitive environments and constantly improving and delivering order intake margin and revenue.

7) Outstanding communication skills - negotiation, presentation and solution selling to manage complex organizations.

8) Effective time-management and flexibility to adapt quickly to change.

9) Four-year college or advanced degree from an accredited institution.

10) This position requires travel to meet with customers and prospects.

11) All prospective employees must pass a background check.
