Position Description :

- The Information Services team at Everest Group seeks a full-time Manager.

- This position would report to the Director, Information Services.

- This position works as part of the Information Services team that is responsible for enabling various research groups within the company with market data and also providing analytical support in report development.

- This team is responsible for tracking information and creating and maintaining databases that house information to be used by clients as well as in-house in various engagements.

- The team also creates various syndicated and custom research reports that are a source of revenue for the firm.

- This position will oversee the tracking, update and maintenance of data in various databases, creation of dashboards and generation of related reports. Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations also fall within the scope of activities of this position

- The position will also assess current and future data needs by interacting regularly with relevant stakeholders and estimate feasibility, timelines and resource requirements.

- Ensure the creation of client-ready deliverables, lead client interactions during delivery and coordinate and manage market intelligence projects, within timelines and budgets

- Lead and supervise at least 2 FTEs, including the performance planning and appraisals process

- Formulate, implement, and enforce proper data collection policies, research methodologies and procedures and ensure high quality standards

- Should build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the firm and undertake conflict resolution

- The position should also be involved in conceptualization of new services/products/reports

- Prepare budget, costing and resource management plans for projects

Requirements :

- The person should have preferably worked in the outsourcing industry, either in business research or in service delivery

- Should be capable of managing large data sets/large presentations and have an eye for detail

- Prior people management experience and client management skills is required

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Proficient in writing business reports

- Should be familiar with databases such as OneSource, Factiva, and APQC

- Should be a post graduate with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience

- Self-starter and requires limited supervision

- Should be comfortable working in a team

- Should have good understanding of the outsourcing industry and relevant terminologies and business models

- The candidate should be willing to work out of Everest Group's Gurgaon office
