Managing end to end recruitment process for different service lines within Research group

Key responsibilities

- Understanding the requirement and sourcing profiles from databases, social media, and recruitment vendors

- Conducting the first level interviews to understand their skill sets and area of interest.

- Briefing candidates regarding the job description and company profile.

- Scheduling the interviews for the short-listed candidates.

- Follow up until the candidate gets on board

- Maintaining candidate database for reference

- Send weekly updates to the stakeholders

Skills and Activities-

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail

- Professional in appearance

- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently

- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment

- Strong organization skills

- Intellectual curiosity

- Working knowledge of MS office.

Education and Experience

We are seeking a high calibre individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have:

- Bachelors/Master's degree and additional qualification in HR will be an added advantage

- 3- 5 years work experience in a recruitment consulting/professional service firm

Salary Offered : Min 7 LPA
