Job overview

As a Talent Acquisition head, your role is to provide strategic inputs on Campus and lateral hiring along with developing key metrics for monitoring TA program and building the employee value proposition. This would be a global role and would involve global stakeholder engagement

Key responsibilities:

- Drive Talent Acquisition strategies, planning and delivery. Spearheading overall TA activities in a dynamic environment including manpower planning and hiring need assessment

- Strategize and implement campus recruitment strategy with an intent to improve brand awareness, help change our positioning, and build strategic alliances with top tier 1 colleges with an aim to build the brand

- Develop and sustain key metrics for monitoring and continuous improvement of TA program

- Up-skill recruiting team to embed best practices of TA process and deliver on hiring goals

- Provide meaningful inputs to enhance campus joiners experience and overall value proposition of the firm and bring in new ideas to build the brand

- Provide guidance and thought the leadership on various hiring initiatives

- Leverage new innovative and existing sourcing channels

- Manage external partnerships with vendors

- Managing the hiring needs of global stakeholders

Skills and Activities :

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail

- Professional in appearance

- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently

- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment

- Strong organization and people management skills along with global Stakeholder management

Education and Experience :

We are seeking a high calibre individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have:

- Master's degree (additional qualification in HR will be an added advantage)

- 15+ years- work experience in a professional services firm/ similar environment
