Job overview :

To manage the HR systems and procedures while reporting to the Director/Manager HR. Support the business by providing exceptional operational support for HR service and other people projects.

Key responsibilities:

General HR responsibilities:

- Coordination of HR processes such as background verification, onboarding, Induction

- Coordination of training logistics

- Make HR related letters as per templates and standard guidelines for employees

- Coordinate internally within the team for HR tracker, reports, and dashboards such as Mediclaim/benefits

- Maintain and audit HR personnel files and related documents

- Take ownership of and provide high quality day to day HR work with appropriate interpretation and application of HR policies,

processes and procedures as directed

HRIS:

- End to end management of HRIS portal including maintenance and updation

- Input accurate data into relevant ADP fields, track and report changes and update records wherever required

- Maintain reports and dashboards, provide drafts internally wherever required

- Coordinate with HRIS technical team to ensure site maintenance and related queries

Others:

- SPOC for employee engagement activities such as Funcomm/CSR

Skills and Activities:

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail

- Professional in appearance

- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently

- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment

- Strong organization skills

- Intellectual curiosity

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel

- Comfortable with MS PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Education and Experience:

We are seeking a high calibre individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have:

- Bachelors/Master's degree and additional qualification in HR will be an added advantage

- 1 - 2 years work experience in a professional services firm

- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements

Salary Offered : 7 LPA
