On the buy-side, the practice advises buyers on optimizing their sourcing spend by providing fair market price comparables for outsourced services, by understanding the delivery cost structures, and by rationalizing their IT, BPO, and Professional services portfolios. On the supply-side, the practice helps providers by providing price benchmarks vis-a-vis peers, identifying improvement opportunities in their delivery capabilities, understanding competitive operations and, and improving win-rates in outsourcing deals. Responsibility :&nbsp; - Work closely with colleagues within as well as external to the practice, and SMEs to collect relevant information - Support the practice while working on client engagements, developing syndicated reports as well as internal business development efforts - Support in gathering, structuring and storage of relevant subject area information - Help to structure agenda for subject area of team focus.
