Event & Marketing Manager - IT (7-10 yrs)

Basic Function / Job
Responsibilities :
- The person will be instrumental in facilitating the Product vertical's growth and success.
- Set up and create events, activities and workshops for the vertical. Manage the flagship Conclave and related activities. Manage sponsorships as per target and its deliverables.
- Work with Product Companies and the Ecosystem for all Business Connect program. This includes interfacing with CIOs, GICs, System Integators, Government etc.
- Build collaboration with the industry volunteers for the Product Conclave. Work with the Product Ecosystem to develop key readiness tracks / Centre's of excellence for Design, Product Management and Technical Architects
It also includes : To Work with internal teams like research, events and start ups, Interface with key Executive Council members and industry seniors to work on national event like NPC. Membership related: Setup program metrics and review periodically
Qualifications and Experience :
- The ideal candidate would be an MBA with specialization in Marketing, with 8-10 years of experience in Program Management Skills. The candidate should be self driven, an out of the box thinker and a highly motivated team player.
Preferential skills :
- Knowledge of Social Media and effective use of Blogs,
- Ability to leverage technology for effective communication to all stakeholders.
- Passionate about new technology domains like IoT, Social, mobile, Analytics and Cloud.
