Job Description : The person will be required to support client teams with the following: - Structure payoff builders - Design and develop structured products - Maintain product-related documents and develop marketing collaterals and client pitches - Build valuation models - Price complex derivatives - Implement backtesting strategies - Maintain existing strategies from equity, FX, commodities, interest rates, and F&amp;O - Respond to ad-hoc client requests - Collaborate/interact with team members (onshore and offshore) working from different locations and in different time zones while working on various projects - Provide ideas and thought leadership on various aspects such as financial and quantitative concepts, implementation of controls, and framework designs Skill Sets Required : - 7- 10 years of experience in the financial services industry in modeling structured financing products, such as CDOs and CLOs, using Monte Carlo simulation - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to comprehend the deal structure, read the fine lines of the transaction, and price it accurately - Ability to conduct desktop research on various parameters that go in pricing structured products - Knowledge of advanced Excel and VBA / Python will be a plus - Knowledge of derivatives and other financial instruments is a must - Keen interest in quantitative finance and understanding of the global economy and factors affecting the valuation of various asset classes are desirable - Familiarity with market data providers, such as Bloomberg and Reuters, is preferable - A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in client/people management - Ability to manage/collaborate with team members working from different locations - Comfortable in interacting with international clients - Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time and an eye for detail Education: B.Tech. from a Tier-1 institute, MBA / CFA, FRM charter holder or progress towards / Masters in Statistics, Math's or Economics / M.Phil / M.Tech., with experience in structured products Evalueserve is committed to providing equal opportunities (EEO) globally, eliminating discrimination and promoting good relations among employees, regardless of age, disability, race, ethnicity or origin, religion or belief, sex, gender assignment, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status.
