Evalueserve extensively leverages technology to deliver business research, consulting and data analytics services to its clients. It plans to take technology-based project delivery to the next level by introducing new features to its technology suite, create new visualization methods and integrate a few of the current standalone technology platforms. Evalueserve is looking for a seasoned senior business analyst with 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience in the B2B space to help realize its technology vision. Details of the role: Product Strategy - Identify client requirements and market opportunities to define product vision and strategy - Identify synergies between existing digital products and create a roadmap for a unified product portfolio - Work with different stakeholders to build consensus on product features and strategic priorities across the product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - Define and manage the Product Backlog Product Development - Plan and run the product implementation sprints - Create the business requirement document - Work with the technology implementation team to arrive at the best technical implementation approach for any new development - Define the implementation plan for every sprint and work with the technology team to manage the implementation timelines - Undertake functional testing Product Launch &amp; GTM Support - Create product go-to-market strategy (pricing, value proposition, etc.) in collaboration with sales and global product heads - Act as the product evangelist within Evalueserve and educate the internal teams on the use of product in projects - Work with sales teams / group heads on pre-sales related to the product (proposals, product centric thought starters etc) - Give product demos to existing / new clients Skill Set Required, Education and Experience - Graduate/ Post Graduate - Seasoned professional with 4-7 years of relevant product management experience in a B2B setup - Strong business acumen and proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey business value propositions to client stakeholders - Outstanding track record of collaborating with different teams
