Job Description - Quantitative Research Strategy Associate Our research teams generate investment ideas and then market those ideas to institutional investors, hedge funds, and our own internal sales force and traders. The associate will provide analytical support to a highly rated Quant Research Strategy team and interact with the relevant teams in our global offices. Experience and Skill Set Required - Working experience of advance level SAS is mandatory - Ability to work on statistical models using SAS - Good programming skills in R or Python - Experience in Quant ( Financial ) Model creation - Data wrangling skills - Good understanding of statistics and quantitative finance, industry knowledge and product understanding - Experience in creating and maintaining huge databases - Ability to understand and analyze economic and financial data - Passionate about mathematics, finance and programming - Strong communication skills - written and verbal (principally telephone) Education - B.Tech-CS / MSc.- Quant Finance / Masters in Statistics - Strong academic record
