Project Description :   Department : Financial Services - Market Research  Nature of Job Permanent :   Location Gurgaon, India  Job Title : Manager  Reporting To Group Manager  Job description  Core Competency  - The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in end to end Market Research projects  - Experience in questionnaire development, analysis using SPSS and generating actionable insights for client  - Should have exposure to different types of projects such as brand tracking, product testing, concept or campaign testing.  - He/she would be responsible for doing project scoping and managing client expectations  - Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output  - Assign / allocate or oversee allocation of work to the team on a daily basis  - Responsible for quality & setting timeliness for project  Desirable  - Experience in managing fieldwork and panel providers  - Worked on Text Analytics projects or should have exposure to qualitative research  - Experience in using data analytics tools   - Candidates with working experience of SAS, Quantum and R will be preferred  - Exposure to questionnaire scripting tools such as Qualtrics and ConfirmIT would be an added advantage  Skill Set Required  - Expertise in using SPSS and MS Office Suite  - Strong interpersonal & analytical skills  - Ability to work both independently and as a team member  - Excellent communication skills  - Logical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills  - Be able to innovate constantly to drive competitive advantage to the company and its clients  Qualification and Experience  - Graduation/Post Graduation   - Experience with payments industry will be preferred  - 5+ years of experience in Market Research   Background   Within financial services group of Evalueserve, we are a team of 35 analysts supporting a leading global payment player.
