Job description   Evalueserve has built a strong expertise in the ESG research space within its financial services offerings. The team supports many global asset management companies and rating agencies in their ESG research. Evalueserve ESG team is looking for a manager, with 7+ years of experience, who has interest in the concept of Sustainable Investing.  Basic Prerequisites: Experience of managing ESG research team, project management experience, good communication skills and strong logical/analytical skills  The role requires the candidate to:  - Manage ESG research teams; responsible for managing ongoing client engagements   - Conduct sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors on ESG companies  - Understand the client requirements and imparting the necessary training to the assigned team  - Build and maintain project-wise operational data such as work allocation, quality feedback, status reports, SOP, etc.  - Pro-actively manage Client communication and stakeholder expectations  - Responsible for on-time and quality client deliverables  - Identify and implement process improvement ideas  - Track, monitor and communicate trends and opportunities in ESG domain  - Maintaining the healthy and competitive work environment within the teams  - Prepare ESG marketing collaterals, whitepapers, RFP, etc.  - Act as back-up for the project manager/senior manager   Skill Set Required -   - Strong background in research and analysis   - Prior background in ESG research and analysis is preferred  - Strong communication skills (written and verbal)  - Strong background in MS Excel and other MS Office tools  - Experience in directing projects and teams to complete requires tasks and activities  - Proficiency in managing project resources across multi-disciplinary teams  Education and experience   Education: Graduate/Postgraduate  Experience : 7+ year of experience in ESG/Sustainability research  Compensation   To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
