Job description The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Consumer Insights and Strategic Planning. The candidate should have experience in synthesizing attitudinal, behavioral and competitive data. - Problem structuring and solving, analysis and synthesis of research data, and prepare standard and custom reports - Conducting qualitative research (primary and secondary) on variety of topics, gathering information from various sources such as; Press Reviews, Industry Reports, Market Studies, general articles etc. and other relevant sources - Being a part of and managing multiple projects - Responsible for shaping and delivering insights on different projects across multiple clients - Demonstrate strong functional expertise and drive synthesized primary, secondary and competitive research to enhance content and provide insightful recommendation - Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable. Skill Set Required - Strong interpersonal &amp; analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office with an expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS-Access, VBA will be added advantage - Working knowledge of SPSS is a must, hands on experience on the same is mandatory - Excellent communication skills - Be able to innovate constantly to drive competitive advantage to the company and its clients - Ability to collaborate across geographies to build teams of synergetic strengths with the aim to build knowledge and expertise - Demonstrable hands-on project delivery experience Education and experience - Graduation/Post Graduation (Commerce/Finance/Marketing) - 3+ years of work experience in Consumer Insights- Business Intelligence- Marketing Analytics - Experience with payments industry will be preferred Compensation To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
