Operations Manager- EuroKids International Pvt Ltd

Positions required for: Bengaluru / Rest of Karnataka ( to be based at Bengaluru) / Kerala ( to be based at Cochin) / North East ( to be based at Guwahati) /Ahmedabad

Description

- The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of our franchisees through the provision and implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Operations Manager Job Duties:

1. Ensure contractual compliance of all franchised units in the assigned region and work to ensure the profitability and revenue maximization of each franchise.

2. Develop and coordinate regional marketing programmes as required by either the Franchisor or regional Franchisees

3. Act as a business consultant to the Franchisees, developing annual business and marketing plans and working with the Franchisees to track success and failure.

4. Collect and analyze financial data from the franchised units and provide feedback to both the Franchisee and the Head Office.

5. Assist in recruitment process for new Franchisees.

6. Teach, train, and mentor Franchisees and their staff in good business practices.

7. Manage and improve the effectiveness as well as efficiency of the Support Services.

8. Deploy effectively the grievance handling mechanisms

Qualifications:

- The incumbent should be a Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute with 6 - 8 yrs of experience of which at least 2 yrs should be in franchise channel management, preferably in service sector.

- All incumbents should possess very strong decision-making skills & high order written and spoken communication skills. He / She should also possess critical thinking & problem solving skills and planning & organizational skills, in addition to the ability to delegate when required.
