Desired Skills:
- At Least 2 years of experience in sales for PaaS/IaaS/SaaS enterprise products
- Comfortable in working with C-level executives within clients
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
Responsibilities :
As a sales representative, you'll be working with customers to help them understand the deliverable of the product- /s. You'll be key in driving the discussions all through the processes and making sure of successful demonstration of the capabilities of the platform and in showcasing long-term/short-term value add. You would be required to:
- Work closely with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
- Managing the leads (inbound/outbound) through entire sales cycle and work as primary contact for all sales related activities
- Working with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client in proving needed clarity and progress during pilot & production
- Work closely with inside sales and marketing to generate leads, nurture them and convert them into opportunities.
- Be comfortable in cold calling / emailing to generate leads and interest from prospect clients
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
- Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
- Working with program manager and creating the key performance metrics and deployment plans with customer and the team
- Drafting the proposals for production engagements and negotiating for a successful sale
- Meeting monthly & quarterly assigned quota & targets
