1. Sourcing, vendor development, procurement, purchase of all type of Power Electronic components/Power Semiconductor components, all types of Active Electronics components (Diode, Mosfets, Transistors, IC's etc.), Passive Electronic components ( resistor, capacitor, inductor, transducers etc.), discrete electronic components, Bare PCB, assembled PCB , wire harness parts and assembly.

2. Cost Innovation & Synergy:- able to meet annual saving target and Estimated BOM Cost by strategic sourcing inclusive supplier rationalization, volume negotiation, alternate part concept to implementation along with R&D team.

3. Critical Source management:- Must be able to handle Principal component and Fabless component sources directly and manage critical part supplies through distributor or source to avoid Stock out situation and line down.

4. Planning:-and sourcing, in sync with R&D and suppliers/vendors for component/product development for prototyping and production with EMS.

5. Will be responsible for supporting R&D/Engineering team for development of system design and various analogue/digital boards for new products from supply chain perspective.

6. Cost & Working Capital Improvement:-Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms to improve working capital of organization like credit terms , avoid advance and MOQ and Lead time reduction.

7. Supplier Management:-Responsible for negotiations for the best possible cost service guarantee and develop "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models. Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives

8. Contract & Agreement management:-Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross- functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.

9. Inventory and Master data Management:- well versed with SAP or ERP that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials, avoid Inventory without demand.

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of SMT Process and Production equipment like Selective soldering, Reflow Oven, AOI, SPI, ICT, conformal coating, Flash writing , new Bare PCB normal and HDI, PCBA development with EMS also have experience in Development of product like BMS, DC-DC convertor ,Controller, VCU, Instrument Cluster, main Wire harness of vehicle.

2. Good knowledge of PCB design procedures, feasibility and time estimations, possible time reduction, and validation of JIGs & Fixture, Pilot run, PCBA failure analysis for smooth handover to mass production team or EMS.

3. Relevant experience in sourcing and NPD of MCU & Microprocessor based Embedded System & Board Development.

4. Make supplier auditable by complete documentation -Control Plan, PFD, work instructions, Inspection check sheets and other line documents as per setup requirement till PPAP.

5. Good knowledge of high-speed digital & low-level analog signal board.

6. Good understanding of high-speed digital & analog linear circuit design concepts.

7. Good knowledge of Hardware Testing and Debugging like EMI / EMC testing, design factors.

8. Thorough understanding of active & passive component specifications.

9. Good knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS 232, RS 485 and LVDS interface specifications.

10. Should be able to compare & choose optimum components

11. Understanding of Protel / KiCAD/ Orcad / Altium PCB design tools

12. Experience with Embedded Hardware Development with ADC, PWM Signal, Peripheral Interfacing Like UART, CAN, SPI based, Memory Based IC with Microcontroller.

13. Experience with Power Electronics Product Development Which includes IGBT selection, DC Capacitor Selection, LCL Filter Design, Card Development Which Includes IGBT Driver cards, High Voltage AC/DC sensing card, SMPS design, Switchgear & Fuse Selection.

14. Understanding of Compiler Like Keil, Code Composer Studio (CCS), UMPS and Emulator like Proteus, PSIM etc.

15. Active listening, Time Management, Key Team Player, Problem Solving, Interpersonal. Skills.
