Salary offered: 10 - 20 LPA

1. The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate with specialisation in Mechanical/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing Science Engineering.

2. He should have around 3 to 6 years of experience as below

a. Project Management including using

- Gantts & task management to schedule & acclocate reource time in ERP system to meet installation deadlines

- Use PERT/ CPM to manage and optimise work flow

- Calculate and optimise capacity utilisation

- Create optimum organisation structure & deliverables

b. Design Planning

- Plan Production flow, material and design specifications of each Product to reduce manufacturing time, cost and waste

- Well versed with CAD CAM software to design & re-engineer when required.

- Vendor Sourcing with Evaluation & Material Planning Systems

- Make effective quotes using the ERP system

c. Inventory Management

- Plan for lean management. Manage inventory quantities and reduce inventory in store

- Show all inventory flow in ERP system by creating BOM- s, GRN- s, dispatches, requisitions

- Implement inventory classification system & coding for easy storage & retrieval

d. Safety & Maintenance

- Develop a machine preventive maintence schedule and carry out calliberation and alignment

- Develop safety Systems for each process

e. Talent Management

- Making a hiring plan with job descriptions and deliverables for the factory

- Making assessmnet templates for each role

- Making training modules for each role

f. Quality Management

- Develop quality management plan for each process and implement it by recording deliverables

- Make metrics to measure

1. design and process improvements in terms of time to manufacture, install, reduction of costs of supply and manufacture.

2. Inventory storage, retrievals and turnaround times improvements

3. Machine capacity utilisation and performance improvements

4. Personnel time utilisation and performance

5. Product Quality adherence & improvement

6. Safety & Maintenance Adherence
