Purpose and objectives of the Role:

- Reporting to the General Manager India, Manager/ Sr. Manager Exports & OBL/OEM is a key role whose purpose is to generate revenue to achieve the targets set for Exports , OBL/OEM business and monitor the process for Distributor management in International Markets.

- Exports Business: Supported by the Assistant manager exports, the incumbent will be expected to oversee and handle business development for both CE mark and non CE mark business.

- OBL/OEM Business: This business should be developed with strong focus on relationship building with existing customers to achieve repeated orders and also focus on building new customers

Primary responsibilities & Duties:

For Exports & OBL:

- New Lead generation, Lead conversion, Compliance Management.

- Maximizing Sales orders, Ensuring Revenue Target Achievement along with Margin achievements.

- Setting up Process for Customer Management in terms of engaging the customers, addressing their issues, supporting the customer for documentation, registration, product complaint and literatures.

- Identify Customers for OBL/OEM to scale up the factory output and drive legacy volumes.

- Co-ordination with Internal teams Finance for pricing, payment and Export Incentives, QARA for Registration, IFU, Packing and labelling, Production for Order forecast and execution, SCM for stock dispatch.

For Channel Management:

- Setup process for Distributor Lifecycle Management, i.e., appointment to termination,

- Documentation Agreements, Regular Communication, Important circulars

- AR Collection Collection Plan execution

- Margin Optimization - Validate discounts, offers and ensure bottom-line along with Topline number achievement

- Performance Review Assign Targets for distributors basis sales and non-sales parameters and ensure distributors achieve the target and earn incentives. Co-ordinate with sales team for Target setting, Admin team for Data collection and Finance team for Incentive Disbursement

- Exclusivity Projects Identify key distributors for legacy range, strike a deal for pricing and\ MOQ and ensure the revenue targets along with margin achievements

- Addressing the Distributor queries and being a bridge between sales team and Distributor.

Secondary/ Other responsibilities & Duties:

- Perform other related duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.

- Setting up a Department Procedure for Domestic, Tender and Export & OBL, Identifying the gaps in the current system and facilitate the smooth functioning of Customer Management.

- Ensuring the Revenue center works at ease by simplifying the complex

- Experience or Knowledge Required In The Discipline Or Function

- For Export & OBL - Sales Process, Customer Handling, C-Suite Management, Export Process and B2B exposure, Negotiation

- For Channel Management - Sales Process, Distributor Handling, Tender Management and Rational thinking,
