Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Forecasting:

- Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.

- Analyze historical financial data and current trends to provide accurate forecasts.

- Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant financial information for forecasting.

2. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to understand business performance and variances.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.

- Support the Finance Manager and Finance Director in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

3. Others:

- Audit Support: Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations as required.

- Support in monthly reporting activities.

- Assist Finance manager and Finance Director in day to day activities and month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Support in Preparation of all financial reporting materials in accordance with applicable accounting framework.

- Generate regular financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is preferred.

Experience:

- 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.

- Experience in a similar industry or sector will be preferred.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial software is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
