eTrio - SGM - Service Description : - The Senior General Manager of Service will be responsible for the management of the service department providing servicing and maintenance of eTrio Vehicle PAN India. The key responsibility involves development, expansion and management of Pan India Service Network. - Major responsibilities include co-ordinating with the established service partners to ensure lean process implementation with minimum Turn Around Time for all operations. - The role would require rigorous, diligent and proactive approach towards solving problems fundamental to any new network. Other key responsibilities include weekly report generation and presentation to the management for proper planning and forecasting Stock requirements. - The role is meant for diligent problem solvers with high endurance and respect for regulations having client focused approach with clinical complaint resolution focus. Key Job Responsibilities : Establishment and Management : - Management of service stations across different geographical locations. - Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints. - Vendor management and good relations to manufacturer for shorter stock replacement time. - Quality check, part inspection and process flow setup. - Align strategically to the company business goals and initiate strategic projects in and around design. - Hiring and Management - Hiring all management positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each department manager including but not limited to that of administrative, sales, parts, collision and service departments. - Leading hiring processes for other key personnel. Qualification : - B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) - M.E./ M. Tech preferred Experience : - 10-15 years of total relevant experience. - 4-W / 3 W- electrical vehicle industry experience is a must. - Has to have experience in Automotive- EV sector - Needs to have Hands on experience in Handling Service Department Key capabilities and other requirements : - Career trajectory involving hands on operations experience to a Service Head position across different service stations and geographical locations. - Understanding of Complete service process including sales and insurance claim settlement and exposure into inventory management software - Technical acumen - Inventory Management Acumen - Servicing knowledge - Stock and thorough market knowledge - Structured thinking and problem solving - Stakeholder and Team management ability - Agility &amp; flexibility - Business acumen - Result oriented
